National Geographic Expeditions & Lindblad Expeditions: A New Era of Exploration

Introduction
For more than 20 years, National Geographic and Lindblad Expeditions have collaborated to connect curious travellers with transformative experiences. Together, they offer over 100 expedition cruises around the world, in more than 70 countries and on all seven continents. Every voyage brings together the legacy of National Geographic, with its long commitment to sharing and protecting world wonders, and the unparalleled expertise of Lindblad Expeditions, with its 50+ years of taking travellers to the planet's most remote places in pursuit of discovery.
National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions builds or charters ships that facilitate exploration with their cutting-edge technologies, design fascinating itineraries and assemble expedition teams that inspire and chart courses that take their guests deeper into remote places to give them a richer picture of our world. Because when it comes to exploration, it's not just what you see, but how you see it that matters.

The Fleet
The National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions fleet consists of 23 expedition vessels, with the new additions of Delfin lll sailing the Peruvian Upper Amazon, National Geographic Gemini and National Geographic Delfina sailing the Galápagos, the new river ship  Connect sailing Europe's Rhine River in 2026, Charaidew II sailing India's Brahmaputra River and Aqua Blu sailing in Indonesia as of 2026.
Each ship in the fleet is either purpose built to explore a region of the planet or leased on a basis of what they can add to the expedition experience, tailored to exploring the planet’s most foreboding places in extreme comfort. Some are designed to navigate shallow rivers and deploy narrow skiffs to explore flooded forests, others are tailored to sailing along wild coasts and venturing into fast-moving, shallow channels where whales gather seasonally to feed. And yet others are made to go far into the planet’s polar regions in safety and comfort without resupplying fuel or provisions for weeks on end.

Destinations
The company offers itineraries to Antarctica, Alaska, the Arctic, Asia, the British Isles, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe, the Galápagos, Mediterranean, North America, Pacific Northwest, Patagonia, South America, as well as river cruises on the Rhine in Europe, the Amazon (Peru), Brahmaputra (India), Colombia & Snake Rivers (USA), the Mekong in Cambodia & Vietnam, and the legendary Egyptian Nile.

Meticulously crafted and endlessly refined, each itinerary features immersive activities for every pace and skill level that reveal richer insights on legendary locales.
