Swan Hellenic today announced the results of its recently concluded 2024-2025 Antarctic Season. And they’re exceptionally strong, showing an impressive 25% increase in guest numbers and 35% jump in net revenuecompared with 2023-2024.

An exciting development trialed in the season was the opportunity to walk on the wild side in included expert-led snowshoeing expeditions. Following their great guest success, these will now be a distinctive standard feature of Swan Hellenic’s Antarctica cruises, depending of course on the snow conditions. Typically around one and a half hours long, each will be led by two experienced mountaineers and enable beginner and experienced guests alike to explore further than a normal landing activity, since snowshoes make it much easier to walk in soft snow.
