The Egerton House Hotel
An elegant boutique townhouse hotel in Knightsbridge
The Egerton oozes yesteryear grandeur and immense charm from its smart London location in Knightsbridge, just off the Brompton Road. It’s an easy walk to iconic Harrods, local restaurants, the V & A, and the local tube station.
The Egerton Bar
This gorgeous boutique hotel, comprised of several townhouses, welcomes many returning guests who love the excellent yet understated service, the exquisitely decorated guest rooms, and small elegant London bar presided over by the immaculate white-jacketed and knowledgeable Sabi, who is renowned for his perfect martinis and for taking care of every guest’s needs while proffering tasty bites or something more substantial.
Bedroom
The Egerton is delightfully and sumptuously elegant – a part of the luxury Red Carnation Hotel Collection and offers old-fashioned hospitality with impressive style. Each of the 28 rooms has its own unique décor and retains the grandeur and exclusivity of their original use. Think rich colours, gorgeous fabrics, swag drapery, fine art and mirrors, cushy pillows, fluffy towels and high ceilings. Like everything else at this fabulous property, the amenities are all you’ll ever need.
Afternoon tea
The service is polished, warm and very welcoming, making you feel as if you’re being entertained in someone’s impressive home where guests are held in the highest esteem – all without pretension. A quintessential Afternoon Tea (even dogs enjoy tea twice a week) is offered, as is a delicious, cooked-to- order English breakfast, and sweet treats accompany the daily turndown service. The Egerton is an exceptional choice for a stay in London’s heart, with easy access to many sights, museums and superb shopping and dining. You will be sure to return again and again.
